01 / OVERVIEW

AUREL Estates is a concept property site for a fictional London agency, built around a guided "Where would you live?" search — location, price range and bedroom count — that leads into an editorial feed of individual homes, each introduced with a short piece of writing before the listing details.

02 / CHALLENGE

Most property sites reduce homes to filterable spreadsheet rows. The brief here was to keep that search utility while giving each listing room to be looked at slowly — architecture and neighbourhood first, specification second.

03 / APPROACH

A dark header and search bar sit above a long-form feed: numbered listings ("01 / Selected Residences") each pair a full-bleed photograph with a pull-quote-style headline and a short neighbourhood note, so browsing reads more like a property journal than a results grid. A save/shortlist action and a single Enquire CTA keep the commercial path available without cluttering the editorial layout.

04 / KEY DETAILS

  • Guided search bar (location, min/max price, bedrooms) above an editorial listings feed
  • Numbered, long-form listing presentation pairing photography with short narrative copy
  • Save-to-shortlist action on individual properties
  • Dedicated Neighbourhoods and Journal sections alongside the core listings
