Engagements
Work begins only after both parties agree to a written scope, timeline and price. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and confirmed in a formal proposal before any work starts.
Intellectual property
Ownership of custom code and design delivered under a completed engagement transfers to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devectra retains the right to reuse general, non-confidential engineering patterns across projects.
Payment
Payment terms are set per engagement and specified in the project proposal. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with written notice.
Liability
Devectra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered system, beyond the value of the engagement itself.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
