Project SETU
A civil-engineering workflow product that brings structure to estimates, tender documentation, and related administrative processes.

Project SETU is an independent product built around the civil-engineering tendering lifecycle — guided tender creation, document versioning, and workflow from Notice Inviting Tender through approval — aimed at replacing scattered spreadsheets and email threads with a single tracked system.
Tendering in civil engineering is typically run across spreadsheets, email and physical files, with no shared version history and no single record of who approved what. The challenge was to bring that process into one guided, auditable workflow without slowing down the engineers using it day to day.
Role-based dashboards separate engineers, approvers and admins through the tender lifecycle, backed by document version control and a fiscal-year reporting layer. An estimate generator and a set of free, login-free engineering calculators (earthwork, quantities, mix design) sit alongside the core tendering workflow as supporting tools.

Project SETU is an independent work/product showcase by the developer — not an official endorsement by any employer, and not a verified public procurement service. No employer-only material, confidential tender data or non-public workflow screenshots are shown. The project-setu.com custom domain did not resolve at the time of publication, so this entry links to the project's Vercel deployment instead.
